The incident took place in the 100-BLK of 80th Avenue Northeast around 1:18 p.m., leaving 21-year-old Marcus Rivers dead at the scene. Reports indicate that Rivers was approached by three individuals while he was seated in his car.

Royal is currently listed in critical but stable condition.
